RŒERS TRUST, the PENEIDPE FIEID Rex; ERS TRUST, the ßi\UGH/MOORE I JOINI' VENWRE, the MORRISON/MOORE I JOINI' VEN'IURE and the MORRI roN/MOORE I I JOINT VENWRE, Grantors therein, recorded in Volume 564, Page 641, of the Real Property Records of Hays County, Texas, said Deed dedicating a sevær line easerœnt and a temporary construction eaSEment on, over, and across real property IrOre particularly described therein, to which Deed reference is hereby made and the sane is incorporated herein by reference as if set forth herein verbatim; for and in consideration of the execution by the Grantors in said previous Deed of a subsequent Deed Dedicating Seværline Easement And Temporary Construction Easerœnt to said CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, said CI'IY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, GRAN1OR herein, does hereby ABANOON AND RELEASE said previously-dedicated seværline easement and temporary construction easement more fully described in the hereinabove referenced instrurœnt.
