<br /> 58 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-63R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LEASE AMENDMENT <br /> NUMBER ONE TO THAT LEASE AGREEMENT DATED <br /> JANUARY 27, 1981, BETWEEN SAID CITY AND <br /> JAMES W. MILLER (MILLER AIR SPORTS, <br /> INC. ), AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE <br /> SAID AMENDED LEASE AMENDMENT, AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. ~hat the terms and conditions of Lease Amendment <br /> Number One, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein for all purposes, to that lease agreement of January 27, <br /> 1981 oetween the City of San Marcos, Texas, and. James W. Miller <br /> (Miller Air Sports, Inc. ) prov id ing additlonal consideration, <br /> clarification of use of the demised. premises and the indemnity <br /> provìsìon, are hereby approved, and a copy of said Lease Amendment <br /> Number One shall be attached to sald lease agreement after it has <br /> been executed by both parties. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor, J.E. Younger, be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized to execute said Lease Amendment. <br /> PART 3.
