That said described territory shall henceforth be a <br /> part of the City of San f\1arcos, Texas, and any inhabitants thereof <br /> shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all citizens, and <br /> shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of <br /> said City. <br /> SECTION 5.
