<br /> CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 22 OF THE J.M. STONE
<br /> ADDITION, A ffiBDIVI SION IN THE CI'IY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br /> HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS SHam ON THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF
<br /> REmRDED IN VOLUME 52, PAGE 438, HAYS CDUN'IY DEED
<br /> RECORDS, LOCATED AT 1008 MEAD STREET, FROM IIMF-411
<br /> (MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT) TO "MR" (MOBILE HOME AND
<br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT); AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> WH EREAS, on October 1, 1985, the ZOning Commission of the City
<br />of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to change
<br />the zoning from" MF-4" (Mul ti -Family District) to "MR" (Mobile Horne
<br />and Residential District) of Lot 22 of the J.M. Stone Addition, a
<br />subdivision in said City: and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing, the
<br />Commission did, on November 5, 1985, consider said request and
<br />voted to approve the saræ and has reconnœnded tha t such request be
<br />approved by the City Counc il of said City: and,
<br /> \VHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 9 day
<br />of June ,1986, regarding such request; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of Appendix A, General Zoning
<br />Ordinance, of the COO e of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos
<br />pertaining to arændments have been met: and,
<br /> vJHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br />adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the public
<br />health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY 'IRE CI'IY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br />located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned
<br />IIJI.1F-411 (JI.1ulti-Family District) henceforth shall be rezoned "MR"
<br />(Mobile Home and Residential District):
<br /> LOT 22 OF THE J.M. STONE ADDITION, A ffiBDIVISION IN THE
<br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS SHam ON THE MAP
<br /> OR PLAT 'IREREDF RECORDED. IN VOLUJI.1E 52, PAGE 438, HAYS
<br /> COUNTY DEED RECORDS.
<br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days
<br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to
<br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following
<br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider
<br />it. If reconsidered on June 23,1986, it shall be in effect ten
<br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not
<br />go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and
<br />approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in
<br />the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
<br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the 9 day of June, 1986 ,
<br />subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting
<br />scheduled for June 23, 1986 .
