Herrera <br /> Also Present: Dan Smith. <br /> Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 5:21 p.m. <br /> Mr. Guerra moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br /> to Article 6252-17, §2 (g), V.A.C.S. to discuss the employment of a <br /> public officer or employee (Municipal Court Judges) and adjourn into <br /> Executive Session for an emergency addendum item, pursuant to Article <br /> 6252-17, §2 (f), V.A.C.S., to discuss acquisition of property (Municipal <br /> Court Building) and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed <br /> unanimously (5:22 p.m. - Ms. Kissler present at 5:22 p.m. to vote on <br /> this item; Mr. Brown present at 6:00 p.m.). <br /> Ms. Kissler moved the Council reconvene at 7:13 p.m. and Mr. Coddington <br /> seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Messrs.
