RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -1644 K <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN DEVELOPER PARTICIPATION <br />AGREEMENT WITH C &G DEVELOPMENT, LTD. FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A LIFT STATION RELATED TO THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF 99.2 ACRES OF LAND AT WONDER WORLD <br />DRIVE AND CRADDOCK AVENUE AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />EXTENSION OF ELECTRIC SERVICE TO THE LIFT STATION; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID <br />AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Developer Participation Agreement (the "Agreement ") is <br />hereby approved. <br />City. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />PART 3.
