<br /> 2.8 Until CITY assumes the responsibility for <br /> rendering the CUSTOMER bills, LCRA shall maintain such records <br /> as may be necessary and customary, or as requested by CITY, <br /> that set forth in full and accurate detail the actual meter <br /> readings, billing determinants, charges made to CITY's <br /> CUSTOMERS in accordance with the SCHEDULE OF RATES and payments <br /> received from each of CITY's CUSTOMERS. Moreover, LCRA shall <br /> maintain such records in a manner such that data by various <br /> customer classifications can be readily reported on a monthly <br /> basis for (i) the most recent twelve-month period, and (i i) the <br /> CONTRACT YEAR to date period. <br /> 2.9 LCRA shall exercise due diligence to collect all <br /> amounts due CITY for electric power and energy delivered to <br /> CUSTOMERS, provided, however, CITY shall be responsible for any <br /> legal proceedings to collect utility billings. Until CITY <br /> assumes the responsibility for rendering the CUSTOMER bills, <br /> LCRA shall provide CITY monthly with a Billing and History <br /> Register. CITY shall provide LCRA with its Customer Adjustment <br /> Guidelines and Procedures and LCRA shall administer that <br /> policy. All moneys collected by LCRA shall be immediately <br /> deposited in CITY's "Electric Utility Account" as set forth in <br /> Section 3.2 <br /> PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIAL <br /> - Operating Agreement - Page 8- <br />
