-5- Jager and Baker Tracts, and an angle point in this tract; THENCE leaving the JãJer 'Iract with the northwest and northeast lines of the Baker Tract, the following four courses: 1. N46°22 IE 70.33 feet to a fence corner lX'st, 2. S47° 221E 21.10 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe found, 3. N44°311E 62.94 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe found for the comron north corner of the Baker Tract and this tract, and 4. 846° 071E 232.99 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found in the approximate northwest line of San Antonio Street for the cormnon east con1er of the Baker 'Iract and this tract; THENCE with the approximate northwest line of San Antonio Street S4So 00 IW 301.55 feet to the PLACE OF BffiINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 1.48 acres, more or less, of land area to be used for zoning purposes only as determined by record information and a survey made on the ground during December 1985 by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas. SOCTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on July 28, 1986 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passãJe on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the 14 day of July, 1986 , subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for July 28, 1986 .
