<br /> Prior to establishing the company, Dr. Butler served as an independent <br /> planning consultant for eight years. In this capacity, he worked for <br /> nineteen city and county governments, four state and federal agencies, <br /> and seven private clients. Dr. Butler also is employed as Associate <br /> Professor of Community and Regional Planning at the School of Archi- <br /> tecture, The University of Texas at Austin.
