<br /> SERVICE PLAN <br /> R aJ!...qJL.B.Q.~_ç!..J,- ~L.A"Q..!.l.~lL~.J!.i Q. !l...i\;r_~.2. <br /> Being 198.8 acres on the north and south sides of Ranch Road 12, extending <br /> westward from the existing City limits. <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10, Article 970a, V.A.C.S., there is <br /> ereby adopted for the proposed annexation area the following plan of <br /> '3rvice: <br /> 1. Police Protection: <br /> Patrolling, response to calls and other routine police services using <br /> present personnel and equipment will be provided immediately on the <br /> effective date of annexation. <br /> 2. Fire Protection: <br /> Fire protection by the present personnel and equipment of the Fire <br /> Department, within the limitations of available water, will be <br /> provided immediately on the effective date of annexation. <br /> 3. Solid Waste Collection: <br /> Solid waste collection will be extended to residential areas <br /> immediately upon the effective date of annexation. Businesses and <br /> institutions must make arrangements with proviate haulers for solid <br /> waste disposal. <br /> 4. Water and Sewer Facilities: <br /> The standards and facilities now established and in force within the <br /> City limits will be followed in maintaining and expanding water and <br /> wastewater facilities in the expanded area. In 1987-88, the City <br /> proposes to construct a 1.0 m.g. elevated storage tank in the vicinity <br /> of Ranch Road 12 and connect it to existing lines through right-of-way <br /> adjacent to both annexation tracts. <br /> 5. Maintenance of Roads and Streets: <br /> The same standards and policies now established and in force within <br /> the City limits will be followed in maintaining and expanding the <br /> roads and streets in the annexed area. <br /> 6. Maintenance of Public Parks, Playgrounds, Swimming Pools, and any <br /> other Parks and Recreation department Facility or Building which may <br /> be dedicated to the public: <br /> The same standards and policies now established and in force within <br /> the City limits will be followed in maintaining and expanding public <br /> facilities. <br />
