RIVERCHASE (Fonœrly River Walk) SERVICE PIAN FOR ANNEXATION ARPA 141.95 acres in the J.M. Verirœndi league th. 1, A-17 and the Jarœs Curtis survey, A- 3. Requested by Peter IMyer, owner I IMyer ¡Sanders Company. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10, Article 970a, V.A.C.S., there is hereby adopted for the proposed annexation area the following plan of service: 1. Police Protection: Patrolling, response to calls and other routine police services using present personnel and equit:ment will be provided imrediately on the effective date of annexation. 2. Fire Protection: Fire protection by the present personnel and equit:ment of the Fire Department, within the limitations of available water, will be provided imœdiately on the effective date of annexation. 3. Solid Waste Collection: Solid waste collection will be extended to residential areas lltrœdiately upon the effective date of annexation. Businesses and institutions ImlSt nake arrangerœnts with private haulers for solid waste disposal. 4. Water and Sewer Facilities '!he standards and facilities now established and in force within the Ci ty limits will be followed in rraintaining and expanding water and wastewater facilities. New water service is proposed by rœans of a 1211 main to be extended across Staples Road to the water storage facility near the proposed new elementary school site. New sewer service is proposed to a lift station at the north comer of the property and across the San Marcos River by rreans of a 3" force main. 5. Maintenance of Roads and Streets: '!he sarœ standards and policies now established and in force wi thin the City limits will be followed in maintaining and expanding the roads and streets in the armexed area. 6. Maintenance of Public Parks, Playgrounds, SWimning Pools, and any other Parks and Recreation DepartIrent Facility or Building which may be dedicated to the public: The sa:rœ standards and policies now established and in force wi thin the City limits will te followed in rraintaining and expanding public facilities.
