<br />X. <br /> <br /> <br />Chandelle agrees to indemnify and hold harmless City from <br /> <br /> <br />all damages, claims, losses, demands # suits, judgments, costs and <br /> <br />expenses arising from the conduct of Chandelle's business at Airport <br /> <br />and shall defend any litigation arising in connection with such <br /> <br /> <br />business including reasonaQle attorneys' fees whenever said damages, <br /> <br /> <br />claims, losses, demands, suits, judgments, costs or expenses are <br /> <br /> <br />caused in whole or in part by any negligent act or omission of Chandelle, <br /> <br /> <br />anyone directly or indirectly employed by Chandelle or anyone for <br /> <br /> <br />whose acts Chandelle may be liable regardless of whether said damages, <br /> <br /> <br />claims, "losses, demands, suits, judgments, costs or expenses are <br /> <br /> <br />caused in part by City. <br /> <br />XI. <br /> <br /> <br />A. Chandelle shall store its property in, and shall occup~ <br /> <br />the demised premises and all other portions of Airport at its own <br /> <br /> <br />risk, and releases City, to the full extent permitted by law, from <br /> <br /> <br />all claims of every kind resulting in loss of life, personal or <br /> <br /> <br />bodily injury or property damage; and <br /> <br /> <br />B. City shall not be responsible or liable at any time for <br /> <br /> <br />any loss or damage of ChandelIers fixtures, or any other personal <br /> <br /> <br />property of Chande1le and <br /> <br /> <br />C. City shall not be responsible or liable to Chandel1e or <br /> <br /> <br />those claiming by, through, or under Chandel1e for any loss or damage <br /> <br /> <br />to either the person or p~operty of Chandelle that may be occasioned <br /> <br /> <br />by or through the acts or omissions of persons "occupying adjacènt, <br /> <br /> <br />connecting, or adjoining premises; and <br /> <br /> <br />D. City shall not be responsible or liable for any defect, <br /> <br />latent or otherwise, in ~ny building in the airport area or of any <br /> <br /> <br />0= the equipment, machinery, utilities, appliances, or apparatus <br /> <br />therein or thereupon, nor shall it be responsible or liable for <br /> <br /> <br />any injury, loss or damage to any person or to any property of Chandel1e <br /> <br />or any other person causèd by or resulting from any burstin9' <br /> <br /> <br />breakage or by or from leakage, steam or snow or ice, running, backing <br /> <br /> <br />up, seepage or the overflow of water or sewage in any part of said <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br />
