<br />the agreements for which aid for development was granted; provided, <br /> <br /> <br />however, if such operation restricts the operation of Chandelle on <br /> <br /> <br />the demised premises, appropriate rental reductions shall be negotiated. <br /> <br /> <br />In the event that appropriate rental reductions cannot be negotiated <br /> <br /> <br />between the parties hereto, then in such event, this lease shall <br /> <br />terminate and the parties hereto shall have no further obligations <br /> <br /> <br />hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br />B. It is specifically understood and agreed that nothtng con- <br /> <br /> <br />tained herein shall be construed as a granting or authorizing the <br /> <br /> <br />granting of an exclusive right for exercising of an aeronautical <br /> <br /> <br />activity, nor to conduct any activity which is discriminatory and <br /> <br /> <br />Chandelle specifically agrees to operate a non-discriminatory operation. <br /> <br /> <br />C. City reserves the right to take any action it considers <br /> <br /> <br />necessary to protect the aerial approaches of the airport against ob- <br /> <br /> <br />structions; and additionally, to limit Chandelle from erecting or <br /> <br /> <br />permitting to be erected any building or structure on the airport <br /> <br /> <br />and on the demised premises that would limit the usefulness of the <br /> <br /> <br />airport or that would constitute a hazard to aircraft. <br /> <br /> <br />D. City reserves the right to further develop the airport as <br /> <br />it sees fit regardless of the desires of Chandelle, and without any <br /> <br />hinderance or interference fro~ Chandelle. City expressly reserves <br /> <br /> <br />the right to grant to others additional leases and privileges with <br /> <br /> <br />respect to Airport even though the purposes for which such add- <br /> <br /> <br />itional leases are given are the s~e and duplicate those contained <br /> <br /> <br />in this lease. <br /> <br /> <br />xv. <br /> <br /> <br />This lease shall be subordinate to provisions of any existing <br /> <br /> <br />or future agreement entered into by and between City and the federal <br /> <br /> <br />or state government for improvement, operation and maintenance of the <br /> <br />airport; provided that if such agreement xestficts the operation of <br /> <br /> <br />the demised premises, appropriate rental reductions shall be negotiated. <br /> <br /> <br />In the event that such appropriate rental reductions cannot be nego- <br /> <br />tiated, then this lease shall terminate and the parties hereto shall <br /> <br />have no further obligations hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7 <br />
