Lessor reserves the right to take any act~on ~t <br /> considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches of the <br /> Airport against o.bstructions¡ and adaitlonally, to limit the <br /> Lessee from erecting or permitting to be erected any .builc1ing <br /> or structure on the Airport and on the demised premises that <br /> would llmit the usefulness of the Airport or that would <br /> constitute a hazard to alrcraft. <br /> d. Lessor reserves the right to further develop the Airport <br /> as It sees fit regardless of the desires of the Lessee, and <br /> wlthout any hindrance or interference from such Lessee. <br /> Lessor expressly reserves the right to grant to others <br /> addit~onal leases and prlvlleges with respect to said A~rport <br /> faciLity even though the purposes for which such additional <br /> leases are given are the same and duplicates those contained <br /> in thls Lease. If the development of the A~rport requires <br /> the relocation of Lessee-owned facilities, the Lessor agrees <br /> to provide a location compara.ble to that provided to other <br /> private lessees at the time of the relocatlon without any <br /> unreasonable interruption to the Lessee's actlvities, and <br /> agrees to relocate all Lessee-owned bu~Ldings, or provide <br /> similar faclLlties for the Lessee at no cost to the Lessee, <br /> except that Lessor shall not De requlred to pay more than the <br /> wholesaLe cost of foundation materials. <br /> e.
