THENCE, with the Northeast 1 ine of the said Harper 4 acre tract, N 47 °31~ W, 226.83 feet to an iron stake with an aluminum cap set at the North corner of the said Harper 4 acre tract, for a re-entrant corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with the Northwest 1 ine of the said Harper 4 acre tract, S 44°54~ W, at about 195 feet passing the South 1 j ne of the aforementioned 100 foot Power Line Easement, at about 590 feet passing the North 1 ine of the said 100 foot Power Line Easement at about 653.2 feet passing the Northeast 1 i ne of the aforementioned 4 foot Water Line Easement, and continuing on, in a} 1, 657.23 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 10.00 acres of land.
