THENCE S46°23'55"W 283.38 feet to a calculated point; THENCE S39°10-'23"W 454.90 feet to a calculated point for the south corner of this tract; THENCE N59°24"37"W 446.41 feet to a calculated point for the west corner of this tract; THENCE N32°39'44"E 325.67 feet to a calculated point; THENCE N43°34'33uE 359.45 feet to a calculated point; THENCE N53°17'21"E 182.23 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 8.52 acres, more or less, of land as prepared for zoning purposes only from record information and previous surveys made on the ground during June 1985, by Byrn & Associates, Inc., of San Marcos, Texas. This tract was not surveyed on the ground. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If recons i dered on August 25, 1986 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effec t if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be publ ished in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
