Due <br /> to the length of the Executive Session to follow this item, Mayor <br /> Younger moved to table the discussion until the June 23, 1986 Regular <br /> Meeting and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br /> mously. <br /> Mr. Coddington moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pur- <br /> suant to Article 6252-17, §§2(e) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss matters <br /> where the duties of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the <br /> Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly <br /> conflicts with Article 6252-17 (LCRA purchase discussion) and an emer- <br /> gency addendum to the meeting, to discuss duties of a public officer <br /> or employee, respectively, and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which <br /> passed unanimously (5:20 p.m.). <br /> Ms. Kissler moved the Council reconvene at 7:31 p.m. and Mr. Coddington <br /> seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Ms. Kissler present at <br /> 6:45 p.m.; Mr. Guerra left the meeting at 7:05 p.m.). <br /> The meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Nicola and <br /> seconded by Ms. Kissler. ¡ <br /> ~~~~ <br /> City Secretary <br />
