<br /> OF LAND OUT OF THE INTERCON ADDITION 1, LOT 1,
<br /> HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS AND RECORDED IN HAYS COUNTY PLAT
<br /> RECORDS, VOLUME 4, PAGE 137, CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS
<br /> COUNTY, TEXAS, A/K/A 524 LINDA DRIVE, FROM LOW Da4SITY
<br /> RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAl¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE

<br /> t~HEREAS, on t1ay 20, 1986, the Joint Planning and
<br /> Zoning Commissions of the C¡ ty of San Marcos held a publ ic hearing
<br /> regarding a request to amend the Future land Use Plan (t1ap) of the
<br /> Master Plan from Low Dens i ty Residential to Commercial for
<br /> 7.37 acres of 1 and out of the Intercon Addition 1, Lot 1, City
<br /> of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas; and,
<br /> l.\IHEREAS, subsequent to said publ ic hearing on said date, said
<br /> Commissions did, on t1ay 20, 1986, consider said request and
<br /> voted to apprOl.le the same and have recommended that such request be
<br /> approved by the City Council of said City; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a publ ic hearing on the 11 day
<br /> of August, 1986, regarding such request; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to
<br /> amendments have been met; and,
<br /> l.\IHEREAS, said City' Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br /> adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the publ i c
<br /> health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore,
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIrt COL~CIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> PART 1. That Intercon Addition 1, Lot 1, Volume 4, Page 137,
<br /> Hays County Plat Records, City of San t1arcos, Texas, located at 524
<br /> Linda Drive, City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is in an
<br /> area, sho~'m on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of
<br /> the City of San Marcos as Low Density Residential shall be shown on
<br /> said map as Commercial.
<br /> PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
<br /> from and after its passage.
