<br /> 56 <br /> AMEt-VMENT <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> THIS AMENDMENT entered into this 21st day of July, 1986, between the <br /> MISSOURI-KANSAS-TEXAS RAILROAD COMPANY, a corporation, hereinafter called <br /> "Licensor", and the CITY or SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, hereinafter called "Licensee". <br /> WIT N E SSE T H~ <br /> THAT on the 1st day of March, 1985, Licensor entered into Pipe line license <br /> No. 36785 with Licensee covering two 60-inch corrugated metal storm drainage <br /> pipes at Mile Post 51.7 in San Marcos, Texas. <br /> WHEREAS, Licensee requests Licensor's permission to increase the size of <br /> the pipe lines covered under Pipe Line license No. 36785, and Licensor is <br /> agreeable thereto: <br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, mutually agreed by the parties hereto, as follows: <br /> 1. In consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/IOO <br /> ($125.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations paid to Licensor by <br /> Licensee, receipt of which is acknowledged, it is mutually agreed between the <br /> parties hereto, effective July 1, 1986, to increase the size of the two 60-inch <br /> corrugated metal pipes as set forth on that certain Pipe line license No. 36785 <br /> to two 66-inch corrugated metal pipes. <br /> 2.
