<br /> added to the time specified in other provisions of this Agreement <br /> as to the date by which a Party shall have completed a certain <br /> action whenever that action is affected by the intervention of the <br /> circumstance causing the force majeure provision to be activated <br /> but in no event shall such additional time extend beyond ninety <br /> (90) days. <br /> (b) In the event the Closing is delayed, through no <br /> fault of CITY, by the occurrence of any of the following events or <br /> matters, CITY shall be entitled to extend the date of Closing for <br /> an additional forty-five (45) days beyond the date otherwise set <br /> for Closing: <br /> (1) CITY shall have discovered within fifteen (15) <br /> days of Closing Date a material error or omission in the <br /> representations or warranties made by LCRA herein¡ <br /> (2) the certificate delivered at Closing by <br /> LCRA pursuant to Section 7.08(b) contains an exception or <br /> qualification not previously disclosed in writing to CITY by <br /> LCRA more than fifteen (15) days prior to Closing Date¡ <br /> (3) disclosure to CITY within fifteen (15) days of <br /> Closing Date of the occurrence of an event that materially affects <br /> the schedule of the Agreement or materially alters the costs not <br /> previously disclosed to CITY by LCRA¡ or <br /> (4) within fifteen (15) days of Closing Date a <br /> matter which materially adversely affects the condition of the <br /> title obtained by LCRA to the Property is filed for public <br /> record. <br /> 28. <br />
