<br /> TRANSFER, ASSIGNMENT, GRANT, <br /> SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT RIGHTS <br /> STATE OF TEXAS S <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> COUNTY OF RAYS S <br /> That the LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY, a governmental <br /> agency created by and operating under and pursuant to the pro- <br /> visions of Chapter 7 of the General Laws enacted by the <br /> Forty-Third Legislature of the State of Texas in its Fourth Called <br /> Session, as amended, herein referred to as .Grantor,. of Travis <br /> County, Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND <br /> NO/IOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the <br /> receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, to it in hand paid by THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, A Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as <br /> .Grantee,. has TRANSFERRED, ASSIGNED, GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, <br /> and by these presents does TRANSFER, ASSIGN, GRANT, SELL and <br /> CONVEY unto Grantee all of the rights, title and interest of <br /> Grantor to any and all easements of record conveyed to and owned <br /> by Grantor in, over and through parcels of land located within <br /> Hays County, Texas, including but not limited to the easements <br /> described in Exhibit .A., together with the right of ingress and <br /> egress over the easements for the purpose of laying, installing, <br /> constructing, reconstructing, maintaining, operating, adding, <br /> inspecting, patrolling, realigning, altering, repairing, replac- <br /> ing, relocating, and removing electric distribution facilities and <br /> appurtenances; and all other rights granted therein. <br /> This conveyance is made and accepted subject to all restric- <br /> tions, reservations, exceptions, rights-of-way, covenants, condi- <br /> tions and easements of record, if any. <br /> EXHIBIT 9 <br />
