The easements obtained by conveyance <br /> are marked Exhibits 6-A through 6-_ , are attached to this <br /> Agreement and incorporated at this point by reference. <br /> 2.03 The conveyance from LCRA to CITY of the real property <br /> described in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement shall be <br /> substantially in the form marked as Exhibit 7 attached to this <br /> Agreement and incorporated at this point by reference. <br /> 2.04 The bill of sale, transfer and assigment of the personal <br /> property described in Section 2.02 (a), (c), (d) and (e) of this <br /> Agreement shall be substantially in the form marked as Exhibit 8 <br /> attached to this Agreement and incorporated at this point by <br /> reference.
