Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held June 4, 1986. Mr. Coddington moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Coddington, Farr, Younger, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra, Kissler. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held June 5, 1986. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Mayor Younger seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of appointment of the Municipal Court Judge. Mr. Guerra moved to appoint Susan Rose effective July 1, 1986 and Mr. Nicola seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of two appointrœnts, to the Cemetery Commission. Ms. Kissler moved to reappoint Mrs. Bob VanGundy and to reappoint Mrs. Josephine Wiegand and Mr. Guerra se- conded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of three appoint- ments to the Commission for Minorities. Mr. Farr moved to reappoint Rosina Valle, to reappoint Ofelia Vasquez and to reappoint Ollie Giles and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of three appoint- ments to the Ethics Review Commission. Mr. Coddington moved the mat- ter be tabled until after the Council Workshop Retreat for discussion of the makeup of the Commission. (Mr. Brown present at this time - 7:38 p.m.). Mayor Younger seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Coddington, Younger, Nicola. NAY: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Kissler. ABSTAIN: None. The motion failed. Mr. Coddington then moved for the appointment of John Kreczmer to the Ethics Review Commission and Mayor Younger seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Coddington, Younger. NAY: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Kissler, Nicola. ABSTAIN: None. The motion failed. Ms. Kissler then moved for the reappointment of Richard "Dick" Henderson, the reappointment of Orpha Bazan, and the reappointment of Gilbert Fulmer to the Ethics Review Commission and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded:
