<br />McDONALD CORPORATION BY JACK H. WALTERS BY DEED DATED JANUARY 10,
<br />1984, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 419, PAGE 365, HAYS COUNTY DEED
<br />RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND
<br />BOUNDS, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake found in the Northwest line of said
<br />McDonald 55.95 acre tract, and in the Southeast line of that
<br />12.50 acre tract described in a Contract of Sale and Purchase
<br />between the Veterans Land Board of Texas, Seller, and Herbert
<br />Amos Yarbrough, Jr., Buyer, dated August 12, 1975, and recorded
<br />in Volume 277, Page 462, Hays County Deed Records, for the North
<br />corner of the tract herein described, from which an iron stake
<br />found in the Northeast line, as fenced and used, of McCarty Lane,
<br />a public roadway, same being the West corner of said McDonald
<br />55.95 acre tract and the South corner of said Yarbrough 12.50
<br />acre tract, bears S 42 43' W, 550.14 feet and S 42 48' W, 249.93
<br />feet;
<br />THENCE, leaving said Yarbrough 12.50 acre tract, the following
<br />calls numbered (1) through (3):
<br />(1) S 47 18' E, 206.88 feet to the East corner of the tract
<br />herein described;
<br />(2) S 42 42' W, 84.21 feet to the South corner of the tract
<br />herein described;
<br />(3) N 47 18' W, 206.92 feet to a point in the Northwest
<br />line of said McDonald 55.95 acre tract and the Southeast line of
<br />said Yarbrough 12.50 acre tract, for the West corner of the tract
<br />herein described, from which the aforesaid iron stake found at
<br />the West corner of said 55.95 acre tract and the South corner of
<br />said 12.50 acre tract in the Northeast line of said McCarty Lane
<br />bears S 42 43' W. 465.92 feet and S 42 48' W, 249.93 feet;
<br />THENCE, with the Northwest line of said McDonald 55.95 acre tract
<br />and the Southeast line of said Yarbrough 12.50 acre tract,
<br />N 42 43' E, 84.21 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.40
