<br /> REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS,
<br /> STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984 (VOL. 66) BY
<br /> CHANGING THE ZONING OF 3.99 ACRES, I"IORE OR LESS, OF
<br /> LAND AREA, IN THE J,M. VERAMENDI SURVEY NO.1, SAN MARCOS,
<br /> HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BE ING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT
<br /> DESCRIBED AS 88.28 ACRES, IN A DEED FROM ISOM H. HALE AND
<br /> T. L. WEATHERS TO ADVENTIST HEALTH SYSTEM/SUNBELT, INC.
<br /> DATED APRIL 20, 1981 AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 356, PAGE 676
<br /> OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND LOCATED ON THE

<br /> IAIHEREAS, on July 1, 1986, the Zoning Commission of the City of
<br /> San Marcos held a publ ic hearing regarding a request to change the
<br /> zoning from "R-l" (Single Fami ly DIAl€, ì 1 ¡ ng District) to "C"
<br /> (Commercial District) of 3.99 acres of land out of the J.M.
<br /> l}eramend i Survey No. 1, in the City of San Marcos, Hays County,
<br /> Texas; and,
<br /> I"JHEREAS, subsequent to sa.i d publ i c hearing on said date, said
<br /> Commission did, on July 1, 1986, consider said request and
<br /> voted to approve the same and has recommended that such request be
<br /> appro\)ed by the City Counc i 1 of said Ci h; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a publ ic hearing on the 25 da;v
<br /> of August , 1986, regarding such request; and,
<br /> lÑHEREAS, all requirements of Appendix A, General Zoning
<br /> Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances of the Ci ty of San Maï'cos
<br /> pertaining to amendments have been met; and,
<br /> l,<JHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br /> adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the publ ic
<br /> health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN !"'IARCOS, TEXAS:

<br /> John W. Nigl iazzo and Charles E. BlaKe to S.M.C.I.S District
<br /> dated April 4, 1967 and recorded in l}o 1 ume 217, Page 186 of
<br /> the Ha~"s Coun t~" Deed Records;
<br /> THENCE with the North 1 i ne of the 88.28 acre tï'ad the
