<br /> IAHEREAS, on July 1, 1986, the Zoning Commission of the City of
<br /> San Ma~cos held a publ ic hea~ing ~ega~ding a r-equest to change the
<br /> zoning f~om "R-i" (Single Family DI¡-¡e 11 i ng District> to "NF-5"
<br /> .:t1ulti-Family District) of 4.79 acres, more or -less, of land area, in
<br /> the ,.1.1'1. Veramendi Survey No.1, San Na~cos, Hays County~ Texas and,
<br /> !'~HEREAS, subsequent to said pub] ic hearing on said date, said
<br /> Commission did, on Ju 1 y 1, 1986, consider said request
<br /> and voted to deny the same but recommended that a zoning change to
<br /> MF-4 be approved by the City Council of said City; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a publ ic hearing on the 25 day
<br /> of August , 1986, ~egarding such request; and,
<br /> I..mEREAS, a.ìì requirements of Appendix A, General Zoning
<br /> Or'd i na.nce, of the Code of O~dinances of the Ci ty of San i'1arcos
<br /> per.taining to amendments ha\le been met; and,
<br /> l...IHEREAS, said Ci ty Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br /> adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the publ ic
<br /> health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore,
