<br /> STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984 (VOL. 66) BY
<br /> CHANGING THE ZONING OF 1.89 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OF lAND
<br /> AREA, IN THE J.N. VERAMENDI SURVEY NO.1, SAN MARCOS, HAYS
<br /> COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT DESCRIBED AS
<br /> 88.28 ACRES, IN A DEED FROM ISOM H. HALE AND T.L. WEATHERS

<br /> ¡AHEREAS, on Ju 1>' 1, 1986, the Zoning Commission of the City of
<br /> San Marcos held a publ ic hearing regarding a request to change the
<br /> zoning from "R-1" (Sing]e Family DvH~]]ing District) to "C"
<br /> (Commercia] District) of 1.89 acres, more or less, of land d.rea, in
<br /> the ,J. r'1. Veramendi Survey No.1, San Marcos, Hays County; Texas and,
<br /> l,JHEREAS, subsequent to said publ i c hearing on said date, said
<br /> Commission did, on July 1, 1986, consider said request
<br /> and tJoted to deny the same but recommended that a zoning change to
<br /> DP-2 be approved by the City Council of said City; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a publ ic hearing on the 25 day
<br /> of August , 1986, regarding such request; and,
<br /> L<)HEREAS, a]l requirements of Appendix A, Genera.l Zoning
<br /> Or'dinance, of the Code of Ordinances of the Ci h' of San r1arcos
<br /> pertaining to amendments have been met; and,
<br /> l-oJHEREAS! said Ci ty Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br /> adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the publ ic
<br /> health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
