<br /> REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS,
<br /> STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED ,JUNE 1 3, 1984 (VOL. 66) 8Y
<br /> CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 2 OF THE AMENDED PLAT OF THE
<br /> ANDERSON ADDITION NO. 1 A SUBDIVISION OF 2.33 ACRES IN
<br /> THE J. t1. \'}ERAt'1END I LEAGUE NO. 1 SURVEY, HAYS COUNTY,
<br /> TEXAS, AND AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 3, PAGE 144 OF THE PLAT
<br /> RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED AT 2411 HUNTER ROAD,

<br /> DISTRICT); AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> IAHEREAS , on ,Ju 1 y 15! 1986, the Zoning Commission of the City of
<br /> San Marcos held a publ ic hearing regarding a requ~st to cha.nge the
<br /> zoning from "LI" (Light Industrial Distr-icO to "C" (Commercial
<br /> District) of Lot 2 of the amended plat of the Anderson Addition No. 1
<br /> a subdivision of 2.33 acres in the J.M, Veramendi League No, 1 Sur\!ey,
<br /> in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas; and,
<br /> IAIHEREAS, subsequent to said publ i c hearing on said date, said
<br /> Commission did, on July 15, 1986, consider- said request
<br /> and voted to approve the same and has recommended that such request
<br /> be appro'-.led by the Ci ty Council of said Ci b'¡ and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a publ ic hearing on the 25 day
<br /> of August 1986, regarding such request; and,
<br /> !"JHEREAS, all requirements of Appendix A, General Zoning
<br /> Or'd i nance, of the Code of Ordinances of the C1 ty of San t1ar c os
<br /> pertaining to amendments have been met; and,
<br /> IAHEREAS said C i 1:;.' Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br /> adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the publ ic
