<br />2.33 ACRES IN THE J.M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO, 1 SURVEY,
<br />HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS AND RECORDED IN ',)OLUNE 3, PAGE 144;
<br />PLAT RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED AT 2411
<br />HUNTER ROAD, FROt-'1 FLOATING COf1r-ŒRCIAl TO CONNERCIAL; AND
<br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />j¡.IHEREAS, on Juh" 15, 1'186, the Joint Planning and
<br />Zoning Commissions of the Cit;,' of San !"1arcos h!õ'ld ,:¡ public hearing
<br />regarding a request to amend the Futu~e land Use Pl~n (Map) of the
<br />Master Pian from Floating Commercial to Commercia1 for Lot 2 of
<br />the ~mended p1at of Anderson riddition No.1 a subdivision of 2.33 ðcres
<br />in the J.N. Veramendi league No.1 Survey, Hays County, Texas; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, subsequent to said pub] ic hearing on said date, said
<br />Commissions did, on July 15, 1986, consider said request and
<br />voted to approve the same and have recommended that such request be
<br />approved by the City Counci1 of said City; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said City Counci1 held a publ ic hearing on the 25 day
<br />of August, 1986, regarding such r.equestj and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a11 requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to
<br />amendments have been met; and,
<br />
<br />I,-\.IHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br />adoption of the fol1owing resolution is in the interest of the publ ic
<br />health, morais, 1,\lelfare and safetn nO',<I, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOL'v'ED BY THE CITY COUNGI L OF THE CITY OF SAN NARCOS, TEXAS:
<br />
<br />PART 1. That the property more particularly described in
<br />Exhibits "A" and "B" which are attached hereto a~d incorporated
<br />herein for ;;t,ll purposes, 1ocated at 2411 Hunter' Road, San i'1a.r'cos,
<br />Hays Coun ty, Te:~as, l,.\Ih i ch ì sin an a.r'ea shol;..If1 on the Fu ture Land
