Definitions. <br /> <br />(51.7) Group Home: A specializea lodging and <br />boaraing house which provides long-term supervisea <br />housing in a conventional residential setting for no <br />more than six persons who are physically or mentally <br />handicapped, aevelopmentally disabled or are victims of <br />crime, ana having no more than two supervisory personnel <br />in res~dence at the same time. <br /> <br />(72.5) Nonconforming lot: A lot of record which aoes <br />not meet the applicable minimum lot area, lot wiath, lot <br />frontage, or lot depth requirements of the aistrict in <br />which it is located. <br /> <br />(87.5) Residential Care Facility: A specialized <br />lodging ana boaraing house which provides long-term <br />supervisea housing for more than six persons who are <br />physically or mentally hanaicappea, aevelopmentally <br />disabled, or are victims of crime, or any number of <br />persons unaer supervision as a halfway house provid~ng <br />resiaence in lieu of institutional sentencing for <br />correctional, mental, or substance abuse problems. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
