That Subsection 40(C) is hereby amended by the <br />adoption of Subsection 40(C)(9) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(9) Appeals of any decision of the Boara of <br />Adjustments may be taken to a court of record <br />by petition within ten (10) days of the <br />decision being filed with the office of the <br />Board of Adjustments. <br /> <br />SECTION 49. That Section 7 of the General Zoning Ordinance <br />of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by the <br />addition of the following sentence: <br /> <br />No building permit shall be issued for unzonea <br />property. <br /> <br />SECTION 50.
