David Freeman and the letter of <br /> further explanation dated June 30, 1986 from R. M. Tinstman to A. C. <br /> Gonzalez, and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimousl~ <br /> The LCRA Purchase Advisory Board recommended the City agree on 8.3% <br /> increase for all customers plus not to exceed an additional 8% increase <br /> given to the commercial group currently paying 58% of the cost which <br /> is the commercial group using less than 50KW per month. The Board <br /> further recommended an LCRA analysis be made of commercial groups <br /> using between 25 and 50KW to see what portion of the additional 8% <br /> increase could be satisfied by this group. The Board recommended the <br /> Council take action at the June 30 meeting on the purchase of LCRA. <br /> Mr. Cates stated it was also consensus of the Board in the City's accept- <br /> ing to purchase LCRA, that the City share as much information as possible <br /> with the public.
