<br /> 61 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-114R <br /> A RESO LUTI ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> PROPOSED LEASE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN SAID CITY AND CARROLL <br /> MORRISON FOR THE LEASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT SAN <br /> MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IN SAID CITY FOR THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION AND PLACEMENT OF AN AIRCRAFT HANGAR, <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS <br /> INCIDENT TO THE PURPOSES TH EREOF ON BEHALF OF SAID <br /> CI TY, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of proposed agreements for <br /> the lease of space at the San Marcos Municipal Airport in said City <br /> between said City and Carroll Morrison for the construction and <br /> placement of a hangar for a single aircraft, a copy of said <br /> proposed agreements being attached hereto and incorporated herein for <br /> all purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor, J.E. Younger, be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized to execute said agreements on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
