Tx. <br />837-9911 Ext.208 <br /> <br />CON'TRACI AGREPJŒ1IT : <br /> <br />An agreement is made on this -----Èay of September, 1986, by and between <br />BUILT RIGHT OF TEXAS I hereafter called the Contractor, and CARROLL MORRISON <br />hereafter called the Owner. <br /> <br />Contractor shall erect two Clearspan II aircraft hangars, measuring 45' <br />wide by 37' deep, to be located on lots numbers 1 & 2, as per the attached <br />surveyors plot plan. These hangars are to be located on the San Marcos <br />municipial airport, opposite the city owned T hangars and fronting on the <br />existing taxiway. <br /> <br />I The units are to be constructed of two inch EMT galvanized pipe framework <br />as per plans submitted, and white aluminum diamond ribbed skin, .021" thick. <br /> <br />Hangers are to be anchored to two main concrete piers approximately 8' <br />deep by 12" in dia. with belled or flared bottoms. <br /> <br />A concrete pad, 16' wide, from the front to the rear of the hangar, to <br />be provided for parking of aircraft. <br /> <br />Units will encompass a one piece 45' wide door. that retracts upward into <br />the hangar,~by means of a torsion spring mechanism. I <br /> <br /> <br />A one 110 volt outlet to be provided in each hangar. <br /> <br /> <br />Total contract price is $19.000.00. <br /> <br />Down payment or first draw of $11,000.00 due upon signing of contract. ! <br />: <br /> <br />Balance of $8,000.00 to be divided into two equal payments of $4,000.00 <br /> <br />which are due upon completion each hangar.
