<br /> -11- <br /> Lessee may assign or sublease this lease only by <br /> obtaining the prior written approval of the Lessor, which approval shall <br /> not be unreasonably withheld, and further provided that no sublease or <br /> assignment of lease shall ever be given except for the purposes and uses <br /> authorized hereby. In the event of the death of Lessee this agreement <br /> shall terminate or at the Lessor's option an assignment may be executed <br /> by the heirs of the Lessee in accordance with the terms and <br /> provisions of this paragraph.
