<br />made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the following resolution <br />was adopted: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Treasurer of this <br />corporation be, and he hereby is, authorized <br />and directed to pay tne expenses of <br />incorporation and organization of this <br />corporation. <br /> <br />Determination of Staggered Terms <br /> <br />11.
