Potter, Francis M. <br /> Rich, Jr., Alfred B. Sullivan and Daniel E. Farlow from the Planning <br /> Commission!s decision of May 27, 1986 approving the final plat for <br /> Hughson Heights III) and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> Ms. Kissler moved Item l6D be removed from the table and Mayor Younger <br /> seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced <br /> Item l6D for consideration, adoption of a Resolution, which caption <br /> was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> A PROPOSED LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND JOHN <br /> J. STOKES, SR. FOR THE LEASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT SAN <br /> MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IN SAID CITY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF A FACILITY:? OR AIRCRAFT REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, RESTORA- <br /> TION AND STORAGE, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND INSTRU- <br /> MENTS INCIDENT TO THE PURPOSES THEREOF ON BEHALF OF SAID <br /> CITY, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> Mr. Coddington moved for adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Farr second- <br /> ed the motion. Ms. Kissler moved to make the following amendments: <br /> Page 2, Section 4. in the 15th line to delete the words "each year of" <br /> and on Page 9, Section g.in the 5th line to delete the word "primary", <br /> and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> On roll call for adoption of the Resolution, the following vote was <br /> recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Guerra. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:43 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Coddington <br /> and seconded by Mr. Farr.
