Minimum Lot Sizes Over Associated Limestone. The Ou tcrop (Jf the Edl.,'!ards and ;:¡ . The minimum size of a Jot within the outcrop of the Edwards and Associated Limestone which uti] izes private S!H<I;:I,ge '!'a.cilities, or ,;i lot IJ.)hich utilizes a pri'.!¿d:e sewage {acil ity that will penetrate the Edwards and Associated Limestone, ShBll be the same minimum lot size that is requir'ed under Title 31, Par't 331, Subchapter A of the Texas Water Code and the rules of the Texas Water Development 80a~d for the Edwards Aquifer, and as hereafter amended. b. A determination as to whether a lot is within or a prÎ'.iate sell.,lage facility lili11 penetrate the Edl'lards and Associated Limestone shall be determined as in ArticJe VI, Section M of this regulation. c. Notwithstanding subsection 3 above, when private sewage facilities are to b~ utilized on a lot, the 1ot shall be designed to accommodate the proper and effective function of the private sewage facil ity and if a pri\late 'Alate.. Additional percol~tion tests and core samples may be ordered if results of previous tests in the immediate area, geological evidence of unusual faulting, fractures Dr other recharge structures, and the size of the subdivision warrant such additional tests as determined by the Director of Environment and Engineering, SECTION 4.
