GONZALEZ <br />COUNTY CLERK <br />WITH COMMISSIONER PCT. 2 MARK JONES BEING ABSENT AND THE FOLLOWING <br />PROCEEDINGS WERE HAD, THAT IS: <br />28512 AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN HAYS COUNTY AND THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS FOR THE POST ROAD <br />WATER MAIN PROJECT IN HAYS COUNTY <br />This Interlocal Agreement and the project in general will enhance the water supply to the Five Mile /Blanco River <br />area for years to come. A motion was made by Commissioner Whisenant, seconded by Commissioner <br />Ingalsbe to authorize the County Judge to execute an Interlocal Agreement between Hays County and <br />the City of San Marcos for the Post Road Water Main Project in Hays County.
