RESOLUTION 2013 -169R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2013 -1OR APPROVING <br />THE PURCHASE OF A 2013 ALTEC BUCKET TRUCK FOR THE <br />PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT — ELECTRIC DIVISION FROM <br />AZTEC INDUSTRIES, INC. THROUGH THE TEXAS COMPTROLLER <br />OF PUBLIC ACCOUNT'S TEXAS MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE <br />(TXMAS #- 11- 23V050) TO INCREASE THE PURCHASE PRICE FROM <br />$1119787.00 TO $119,887.00; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE ANY APPROPRIATE PURCHASING <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. City Council approved the purchase of a 2013 Altec Bucket Truck ( "Bucket <br />Truck ") for the Public Services Department — Electric Division on January 15, 2013 (Resolution <br />2013 -R) from Altec Industries, Inc. through the Texas Comptroller of Public Account's Texas <br />Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS #- 11- 23V050). <br />2. Necessary changes to the order for the Bucket Truck will increase the cost by <br />$8,100.00 from $111,787.00 to $119,887.00. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. Resolution 2013 -1OR for the purchase of a 2013 Altec Bucket Truck for <br />the Public Services Department- Electric Division from Altec Industries, Inc. through the Texas <br />Comptroller of Public Account's Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS #- 11- 23V050) is <br />amended to increase the amount from $111,787.00 to $119,887.00. <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to execute <br />any appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
