Survey will be limited to the areas approximately <br />shown on Exhibit "A" and shall be provided in accordance with the following: <br />Supplemental Survey <br />Provide size, location, subspecies and tree tag for trees 8" or larger in diameter within <br />or overhanging into limits of survey and locate surface features that are not included in <br />TxDOT mapping. Control utilized for this project will be existing control established for <br />the TxDOT SH 123 project. <br />2. Incorporate data outlined above into TxDOT SH 123 mapping files provided by the <br />Client. <br />Easements <br />1. Prepare metes and bounds descriptions for five (5) permanent easements. Each part <br />of parcels having more than one part will be counted as one parcel. <br />2. Prepare parcel sketch for five (5) permanent easements. <br />3. Provide closure and area calculations for 5 proposed easements. <br />Services can begin as soon as written authorization is received. Supplemental Design <br />survey can be completed in about 3 weeks (predicated upon suitable weather conditions and <br />timely receipt of right of entry authorization). Easement services shall be completed in <br />coordination with design team. <br />MWM DesignGroup proposes to provide the services outlined above for a lump sum amount <br />of $7,210.23.
