SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE - A continuing process in which changes are made <br />to computer software to correct errors, to remedy inadequacies, to Update, <br />and/or to enhance the software's performance. <br /> <br />H. MANDA Y - Consists of eight (8) working hours dedicated exclusively to the <br />performance of this agreement with the City of <br /> <br />L. <br /> <br />CALL REPORT - A three part (white, yellow, pink) form, as shown in Exhibit I, <br />that is required for each HMS employee to complete on a daily basis for each <br />visit or contact made by telephone to/for an HMS customer. These forms <br />include a short narrative of tasks accomplished and expenses associated with <br />the visit. Upon completion of the tasks, the customer is asked to review the <br />narrative and sign the form signifyjllg customel4ip~val. <br />
