<br />EXHIBIT C (Continued) <br /> <br />GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />WHOLESALE POWER SERVICE <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />Meter tests <br /> <br />1 . <br /> <br />Meter Tests <br /> <br />LCRA will, at its own expense, make periodic tests and in- <br /> <br />spections of its meters at least once a year in order to <br /> <br />maintain their accuracy within 1% slow or fast. <br /> <br />LCRA will <br /> <br />make additional tests or inspections of its meters at the <br /> <br />request of Distributor. <br /> <br />If such additional tests show that <br /> <br />the meter is accurate within 1%, slow or fast, no adjust- <br /> <br />ment will be made in Di str ibutor f s bill and the testing <br /> <br />charges will be paid by Distributor. <br /> <br />If any test shows the <br /> <br />meter to be slow or fast in excess of <br /> <br />1 %, an adjustment <br /> <br />will be made in Distributor's bills for the period the in- <br /> <br />accuracy <br /> <br />existed, <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />if <br /> <br />determinable, <br /> <br />one-half <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />period <br /> <br />(not to exceed 6 months) <br /> <br />since the last prev ious <br /> <br />meter test if the period of inaccuracy is not determinable, <br /> <br />and the cost of making the test shall be borne by LCRA. <br /> <br />LCRA will furnish Distributor with a copy of all test re- <br /> <br />ports. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Witnessing of Tests <br />Distributor will be advised of the times and location of <br /> <br />meter test and may, if desired, have a witness present to <br /> <br />observe such tests. <br /> <br />( 1 0 ) <br />
