<br />hereafter be constructed or acquired by or on behalf of CITY by <br /> <br />LCRA (hereinafter "SYSTEM"). <br /> <br />CITY agrees to make payments to <br /> <br />LCRA for its services as its Operating Agent as set forth in <br /> <br />Section 3.6 herein. <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />LCRA shall operate and maintain the SYSTEM, and <br /> <br />the SYSTEM shall be deemed to include, without limitation, all <br /> <br />facilities and all electric power system related real and <br /> <br />personal property of CITY, poles, lines, transformers, meters <br /> <br />and appurtenances, buildings, automobiles, trucks, tools and <br /> <br />equipment purchased by CITY from LCRA, or which may hereafter <br /> <br />be constructed or acquired by CITY for use in connection with <br /> <br />the operation and maintenance of the SYSTEM. <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br />LCRA shall operate and maintain the SYSTEM and <br /> <br />shall keep the SYSTEM in good repair in accordance with <br /> <br />generally accepted electric utility industry standards for <br /> <br />safe, reliable, economical and efficient operation and <br /> <br />maintenance. <br /> <br />2.4 <br /> <br />CITY will purchase electric power and energy <br /> <br />from LCRA in accordance with the Wholesale Power Purchase <br /> <br />Agreement dated July 24, 1986, and LCRA will deliver that <br /> <br />electric power and energy to customers utilizing the SYSTEM. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
