<br />LCRA shall provide CITY a billing history record for <br /> <br />each CUSTOMER served from the SYSTEM on September 1, 1986. <br />billing history record for each CUSTOMER shall include a <br /> <br />~e <br /> <br />history of monthly meter readings, billing determinants, <br /> <br />charges, and payments received. <br /> <br />CITY reserves the right to <br /> <br />request such billing history data for a period extending back <br />as far as the data is reasonably available from LCRA. <br /> <br />2.8 <br /> <br />Until CITY assumes the responsibility for <br /> <br />rendering the CUSTOMER bills, LCRA shall maintain such records <br /> <br />as may be necessary and customary, or as requested by CITY, <br />that set forth in full and accurate detail the actual meter <br /> <br />readings, billing determinants, charges made to CITY's <br /> <br />CUSTOMERS in accordance with the SCHEDULE OF RATES and payments <br /> <br />received from each of CITY's CUSTOMERS. <br /> <br />Moreover, LCRA shall <br /> <br />maintain such records in a manner such that data by various <br /> <br />CUSTOMER classifications can be readily reported on a monthly <br />basis for (i) the most recent twelve-month period, and (ii) the <br /> <br />CONTRACT YEAR to date period. <br /> <br />When CITY assumes responsibility for providing <br />CUSTOMER billing and until CITY assumes responsibility for <br /> <br />CUSTOMER meter reading, collection of CUSTOMER billing and <br /> <br />CUSTOMER services, LCRA shall provide CITY sufficient payment <br /> <br />-10- <br />
