<br />BAN ON LAND DISPOSAL OF PERC AND VALCLENE WASTES <br /> <br />Under the RCRA, EPA is required to issue, by November 8, 1986, new <br />regulations that will ban the disposal on or into the land of <br />hazardous waste containing certain solvents, including <br />perchloroethylene and Valclene. In the near future, therefore, <br />hazardous waste disposal options will be further restricted. <br /> <br />-36- <br />
