<br />manufacturing. <br /> <br />If you generate more than 220 pounds (about half of a 55-gallon <br />drum) of hazardous waste solvents or solvent still bottoms per month, <br />you will be subject to certain requirements, including the use of a <br />Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest (Appendix - Part E) for shipment of <br />your hazardous waste off your premises. Item 11 on the Manifest <br />requires the proper Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping <br />description, which includes the DOT shipping name, hazard class, and <br />UN/NA identification number of each waste. This information for the <br />various waste solvents and solvent still bottoms is provided in Table <br />1 to assist you in completing the required sections of the Manifest. <br />Please note that these DOT designations could differ under various <br />conditions. <br /> <br />This is not a comprehensive list.
