<br />THE APPLICABLE LAWS MO REGULA nONS <br /> <br />Exhibit 0 <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the Act specified 1n Section 3 of this contract and <br />with the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder pertaining to the State's <br />Program in 24 C.F.R. Part 570, as amended; the OMB Circulars and the Management <br />Standards specified in Section 6 of this contract; Treasury Circular 1015 (31 <br />C.F.R. Part 205); and with all other federal, state, and local laws and regula- <br />tions applicable to the activities and performances rendered by Contractor under <br />this contract including but not limited to the laws, and the regulations promul- <br />gated thereunder specified in Section I through VI of this Exhibit D. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />CIVIL RIGHTS <br /> <br />Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (42 U.S.C. Section 20DOd et.seq.); 24 <br />C.F.R. Part " "Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Depart- <br />ment of Housing and Urban Development - Effectuation of Title VI of the Civil <br />Rights Act of 1964"; <br /> <br />Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, "The Fair Housing Act of 1968- (42 <br />U.S.C. Sec 3601 et seq.); <br /> <br />Executive Order 11063, as amended by Executive Order 12249, and 24 C.F.R. Part <br />101, "Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity in Housing under Executive Order <br />11063". The failure or refusal of Contractor to comply with the requirements of <br />Executive Order 11063 or 24 C.F.R. Part 101 shall be a proper basis for the <br />imposition of sanctions specifiedin 24 C.F.R. 101.60' <br /> <br />The Age Discrimination Act of 1915 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 6101 et seq.); <br /> <br />Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1913 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 194.) and "Non- <br />discrimination Based on Handicap in Federally-Assisted Programs and Activities of <br />the Department of Housing and Urban Deve1opmentll, 48 Fed. Reg. 22410 (May 18, <br />1983) and 48 Fed. Reg. 21528 (June 15, 1983); and Section 502 of the Rehabilita- <br />tion Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 792); and <br /> <br />The Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 4151 et. seq.). <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />lABOR STANDARDS <br /> <br />The Davis-Bacon Act, dS amended (40 U.S.C. Sees. 216d - 276a-5); <br /> <br />The Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 321 et. seq.); and, <br />The Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act (lB U.S.C. Sec. 814). <br /> <br />III.
