19 RESOLUTION 1986-l33R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ASSIGNMENTS OF LEASES DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 1980 AND JANUARY 10, 1984, BETWEEN SAID CITY AND GT+3 FLIGHT OPERN1'IONS, INC., AS AMENDED, AND OF A COLLATERAL LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND TRANS-AIR INDUSTRIES, INC., AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID ASSIGNMENTS AND AGREEMENT, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the terms and conditions of Assignments of Leases, for leases entered into as of September 9, 1980 and January 10, 1984 and subsequently amended, between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and GT+3 Flight Operations, Inc., are hereby approved, and a copy of said Assignments, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, shall be attached to said lease agreements, as amended, after it has been executed by all parties. PART 2. That the terms and conditions of a Collateral Letter of Agreement between said City and Trans-Air Industries, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, are hereby approved. PART 3. That the Mayor, J.E. Younger, be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute said Assignments and Collateral Letter of Agreement. PART 3.
