<br />A. <br /> <br />Such insurance as will protect Trans-Air <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />claims <br /> <br />under <br /> <br />statutory <br /> <br />Workmen1s <br /> <br />Compensation <br /> <br />laws, disability laws or such other <br /> <br />employee <br /> <br />benefit <br /> <br />laws <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />fulfill <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />requirements <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />jurisdiction in which the work is to be performed. Such insurance will <br />be amended to provide coverage for multiple jurisdictions and other <br />such indicated coverages as may be applicable. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Such insurance as will protect <br /> <br />Trans-Air <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />claims <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />damages because of bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease or <br /> <br />death <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />minimum <br /> <br />limits <br /> <br />of liability of not less than $500,000.00 <br /> <br />aggregate. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Such insurance as will <br /> <br />protect <br /> <br />Trans-Air <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />claims <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />damages <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />injury <br /> <br />to or destruction of tangible property of others, <br /> <br />including loss of use thereof. <br /> <br />Such coverage shall include Broad <br /> <br />Form <br /> <br />Property Damage <br />liability shall <br />aggregate. <br />D. Such <br /> <br />and removal of XCU exclusions. <br /> <br />The minimum limits of <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />$500,000.00 <br /> <br />per <br /> <br />occurrence <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />$500 000.00 <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />protect <br /> <br />Trans-Air from claims for <br /> <br />damages arising out of the maintenance, operation, or use of any owned, <br /> <br />non-owned or hired vehicles. <br /> <br />Minimum limits of <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bodily <br /> <br />injury <br /> <br />and property darnage combined shall be not less than $500,000.00 <br /> <br />each occurrence. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Umbrella <br /> <br />Form <br /> <br />Excess <br /> <br />Liability <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />minimum <br /> <br />limits <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />$5,000,000.00. <br /> <br />Umbrella or Extended Coverage must follow form with the <br /> <br />primary coverage. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />All of the insurance required hereinabove shall be amended to <br /> <br />afford coverage for: <br /> <br />Products <br /> <br />Liability <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Completed <br /> <br />Operations <br /> <br />Coverage <br /> <br />specifically covering the <br /> <br />entire <br /> <br />fuel <br /> <br />operation. <br /> <br />Blanket <br /> <br />Broad <br /> <br />Form <br /> <br />Contractual <br /> <br />Liability specifically covering the <br /> <br />indemnification assumed by Trans-Air under this Agreement. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Such insurance as is required in this Paragraph <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />written <br /> <br />so <br /> <br />that the City will be notified in writing, in the event of <br /> <br />cancellation, restrictive amendment or non-renewal at least thirty (30) <br /> <br />days prior to such action. <br /> <br />Certificates of Insurance <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />filed <br /> <br />with said City prior to the commencement of operations and are <br /> <br />subject <br /> <br />-2- <br />
